Gloria's Sewing and Hemming House is a story of resilience, family, and community spirit. Founded by Gloria, a determined entrepreneur, our small family business embodies the journey from adversity to success.

Arriving in Canada in 2019, Gloria overcame personal challenges to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship. Trained as a seamstress in the Philippines, she began her business in 2021 with a simple focus on zipper replacements. Since then, we've grown to offer a range of services, from hemming and clothing repairs to specialized outdoor equipment fixes.

Our commitment to quality and community shines through in everything we do. With investments in embroidery technology, we now embroider apparel, serving local businesses and sports teams in Fort McMurray. Additionally, we give back to our community through initiatives like donating proceeds from our Every Child Matters t-shirt sales and supporting Fort McMurray Minor Hockey.
